The hostel is suitable for student accommodation. It has its own covered car park available. Also, there is a communal car
park next door. The attic is included the property.
The hostel has various options what it has to offer. At the moment it already has 63 rooms. What is very interesting is that there is a
possibility to add another 25.
The permission has already been given for the construction of a restaurant.
So far, 2600 m2 have been built. There is still a possibility to build something fantastic on 1700 m2. This offers many opportunities to add
value. The average occupancy rate of the hostel is 90%.

Location

The complex is located in Malaga, in the southern Spanish region of Andalusia. The hostel is located opposite the largest hospital complex in the city.
The University of Malaga is nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from the historic centre.
Malaga’s huge airport is just 10 minutes away from the complex. This airport is the third busiest airport in Spain.
The hostel is also easily accessible by public transport. The Maria Zambrano train station is 5 minutes away from the hostel.
All this proves that the hostel has easy access to all transport and goes in all directions. All in all, this makes it easy for guests to find, which also makes the project unique in its own way.
